Welcome to Royal Chef's Table Restaurant! We aim to provide a unique and intimate dining experience, offering an evening (3.5 hours) of delicious food, great wines, good music, and enjoyable interactions with fellow guests.
Dinner service begins promptly at 7:00 PM and concludes around 10:30 PM. We start on the rooftop terrace with a glass of bubbles to introduce the evening. Between courses, you’ll have breaks to stretch your legs and mingle with other guests.
Our cozy restaurant accommodates up to maximum 19 guests at a U-shaped high-top bar, exclusively for those aged 18 and older. We believe this setup allows us to showcase fine dining in a relaxed and casual atmosphere.
Our playful five-course chef’s menu comes with an optional wine pairing to complement each course. We’ve poured love and effort into crafting both the menu and wine selections, so we encourage you to arrive with an open mind, ready to explore new flavors.
Please note, due to our cooking methods, we are unable to accommodate vegetarian and vegan dishes.

The price for dinner is $130 per person included a glass of bubbles when you arrive at 7 PM sharp.
We offer a wine pairing with your dinner, we have no set price as our wines will change each 10 weeks with the menu. Besides wine, our restaurant offers a full bar for mix drinks and alcohol-free options.
Monday through Friday, dinner starts sharply at 7 PM. For re-confirmations, the best time to call is please between 11 am and 4 pm every day. WE ARE CLOSED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.

Making your reservation (18 years and up) is key at Restaurant Royal Aruba. Your reservation request will be confirmed, if the seats are available. We will do this by phone or email as we need to have valid credit card on file to confirm the booking with you. When you make a reservation please provide the email that you check on a daily base, a cell phone number that we can reach you at, your food restrictions and celebrations. If you have not received a automatic reply that your reservation request is received, please check your SPAM FOLDER.

Keep in mind that you will need to re-confirm your attendance at this dinner no later than 24 hours prior to your reservation. If we do not get a reconfirmation and we are not able to reach you, we will automatically cancel your reservation as we are not sure if you will be coming.

Please be informed that we are not able to serve vegetarian dishes or vegan dishes at our restaurant.
Dresscode:
We are anything but pretentious, as long as you're comfortable, your'e fine.
Parking:
Parking downtown is free after 7 PM. Next to our restaurant you are able to park for free after 5 PM, the gate will be open. The parking lot has a sign Que Pasa Restaurant parking and its for our restaurant guests as well.
We accept major credit cards: Visa, Master, AMEX & Discover and you can pay cash or with an ATM card by the end of the evening.
Ashwin Maduro (33), born and raised in Aruba, began cooking at the age of 14 at Manchebo Beach Resort while still in high school. I did not graduate from EPI (Hospitality and Tourism) and at the age of 18 and decided to pursue a fine dining culinary career in the Netherlands. Over the years, I worked at FG Restaurant (2 Michelin stars) and De Librije (3 Michelin stars). However, I learned the most during my time at Daalder Amsterdam (1 Michelin star). In 2020, I returned to Aruba and worked at Infini Restaurant. Since June 2023, I have been part of the team at Royal Restaurant, where I greatly enjoy and find it rewarding to teach students and chefs the tricks of the culinary trade, hoping to inspire them along the way
