Welcome to Royal Chefs Table Restaurant. We want to give you a unique and intimate dining experience filled with an evening (3.5 hours) of delicious food, great wines, good music and lots of fun together with all other guests.
We are a small restaurant that seats maximum seventeen guests at a U-shaped high-top bar for guests 18 years and older. We believe this is the best way for us to highlight fine dining in a casual way. We will present you a playful five course set chefs menu with an optional wine pairing that will compliment every course. We put a lot of love and effort into creating the menu along with the wine pairings, so we ask you to come in open minded and not to be afraid of trying new things. Please be informed that we are not able to serve vegetarian, vegan or fully dairy free dishes as we are not able to cook without butter.
We start with dinner 7 PM sharp and dinner will be finished around 10:30 PM. In between courses we have a break to stretch your legs and mingle with other guests. At the end of the dinner, we offer the opportunity to sit on the rooftop terrace with us. (Talk about silly things)
The price for dinner in 2024 is $120 per person included a glass of bubbles when you arrive at 7 PM sharp. Please be informed that from January 1st 2025 dinner will be $130 per person.
We offer a wine pairing with your dinner, we have no set price as our wines will change each 8/10 weeks with the menu.
Monday through Saturday 7 PM sharp we start with dinner. For re-confirmations the best time to call is please between 11 am and 4 pm everyday. WE ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAY.

Making your reservation (18 years and up) is key at Restaurant Royal Aruba. Your reservation request will be confirmed, if the seats are available. We will do this by phone or email as we need to have valid credit card on file to confirm the booking with you. When you make a reservation please provide the email that you check on a daily base, a cell phone number that we can reach you at, your food restrictions and celebrations. If you have not received a automatic reply that your reservation request is received, please check your spam folder.

Keep in mind that you will need to re-confirm your attendance at this dinner no later than 24 hours prior to your reservation. If we do not get a reconfirmation and we are not able to reach you, we will automatically cancel your reservation as we are not sure if you will be coming.

Dresscode:
We are anything but pretentious, as long as you're comfortable, your'e fine. Please leave swimwear and speedo at the hotel though...
Parking:
Parking downtown is free after 7 PM. Next to our restaurant you are able to park for free after 5 PM, the gate will be open. The parking lot has a sign Que Pasa? Parking and its for our guests as well.
We accept major credit cards: Visa, Master, AMEX & Discover and you can pay cash or with an ATM card by the end of the evening.
My name is Roy Engelen, chef and owner of Restaurant Royal, born and raised in the south of Holland, Roermond. I started cooking when I was 15 years old, and I am still very passionate about it. After I graduated from culinary school, I learned/worked for some great chefs in several 1 and 2 Michelin Star restaurants and other high-level restaurants in the Netherlands. I enjoy cooking for guests every day and serving them tasteful and beautiful plated dishes. I love to recreate classic dishes and present them with a more modern twist. Plating and flavors are the most important part of my cooking.
